Charlotte area IT Group, Mariner, has been experiencing growth during a time when others - especially in the IT world - are struggling.

I think it is awesome when you see companies out there that treat their employees really well....providing a good environment, good benefits and enabling their personal and professional growth. I just found out that Mariner was placed on the Business Journal's list again this year for one of the region's best workplace environments. I say congrats to them!
